PowerPay

Note: If a member sets up a payment to be withdrawn on a holiday, the withdrawal will happen the day before.

After enrolling in PowerPay, the system takes 24 business hours before it's available to use.

The "Memo" field is used the same way as the memo line on a check, use this as you would normally when hand-writing a check.

The "Description" box is for your personal use; consider it a note to yourself about your payment.

The "Alias" field is used for abbreviating the actual payee. For example: Dr. Jones could be called "dentist" and this is what will show up in the drop down menu in the "Add Payment" screen. Anything in the "Alias" field does not get sent to payees.

Popup-Blockers

For trouble-free viewing of the different screens within online banking and PowerPay, popup-blocking must be disabled or the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard must be held down until the new window appears.
